How can we help?

How many hours do I need?
It depends on the size of your home or establishment, how many rooms and facilities as well as the depth of cleaning you require.
We always provide recommended hours within the quotation that we believe would be sufficient to ensure your cleaner(s) can do their job effectively, sufficiently and to the best of their ability. However, ultimately this decision is down to you, if you would prefer more or fewer hours, we can accommodate or prioritise specific jobs you require doing.

How much will I pay?
Our hourly rates include the cleaner's wage (inc. the new National Minimum Wage, or supervisor rates), equipment, products and resources (exc. home cleaning, unless specified for a small additional cost), travel cost, agency fee and VAT. Rates vary depending on the area you are in and the number of hours you require each week. If you would like a free quotation, then feel free to contact us as we are now available to create virtual quotations.

What sort of contract am I tied in to?
You aren’t, it’s that simple! We do not believe in tying our clients into any contract, as we strongly believe our standards and services are enough to ensure you stay with us. All we ask for is a three month notice period of termination, if ever required.

How do you vet/run checks on the cleaners?
Firstly, we always carry out a phone interview. If we believe the applicant could be successful, we arrange a thorough face to face interview at the potential place of work, asking all relevant questions (inc. if the applicant has any prior criminal convictions etc). The successful applicant is required to provide us with proof of any DBS certificates (if they have one), two forms of ID/address, alongside previous workplace references, which will then be checked, as well as signing our workplace policies and confidentiality agreements. These details are then added to our database. If required by our clients, we are happy to DBS check our employees. We monitor our employees thoroughly, throughout their employment with us.

Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
Of course! If within your establishment you do not already have TUPED cleaners and we go through a recruitment process, we shall introduce your chosen cleaner to you on their induction. For home cleaning, we are aware the cleaner will be within your home, which is personal, and so we fully appreciate that the personality of the cleaner matters, just as much as their cleaning standards. When we have found an appropriate cleaner for you, we will arrange for them to meet you upon their induction, so that you can approve our choice. However, you are by no means obligated to agree to the first person we hire if it does not suit you. We are here to help you afterall. Once we have found your cleaning match, we shall discuss the agreed arrangements together to clarify all details before commencement. This, however, can be bypassed or changed if you require one-off or immediate cleans.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?
Yes, of course! If you are unhappy for any reason, we have multiple different cleaners available to substitute, or we would be happy to re-recruit for you. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to let us know.

What if my cleaner can't make it, or is sick?
We have sickness and absence policies which apply to all of our employees, stating that they have to notify us of any sickness or absence at the earliest opportunity. This is so we can provide you with a cleaner to cover any hours/tasks. However, if your cleaner does not arrive and you have not heard from us first, then just give us a call and we shall arrange a replacement as soon as possible. You will never go without your cleaner or lose out on cleaning hours.

Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Yes, of course! Our cleaners are fully flexible and will take on both evening and weekend cleaning work. Please note, in certain areas a supplementary hourly charge may be added for cleans after 6pm or at weekends.

Can I have a clean once a month?
This is dependent on the hours and specification of the cleaning required. It is within the company’s discretion as to whether we would be happy to supply. However, we would be happy to discuss these details with you.

Will there have to be staff members on site? Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?
No, our cleaners are vetted and are usually happy to hold your work/house keys, or arrange a safe space to collect them to enter. This is completely up to the discretion of the workplace/homeowner. We shall provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign, and for you to countersign. If you ever have any concerns or wish to change this, then feel free to contact any of the management team or assigned supervisor at any time. (NB This is subject to change depending on the hours within the workplace, as we discourage cleaners/key holders from entering the workplace alone due to health and safety concerns. However, this would be discussed upon quotation and commencement of services).

Do I have to supply cleaning products and equipment?
All our workplace quotations include the cost of equipment, products and resources. However, with any home cleaning quotations we provide two pricing options, one with the provision of products and equipment and one without. However, if you require the use of our eco-friendly product ranges, these will automatically be included within the pricing. If you have any other specific requirements regarding the use of products within your home, then please to not hesitate to let us know. We also prefer to avoid using bleach due to health and safety concerns.

Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, we have full Public Liability Cover, covering up to £1,000,000. Details of this policy can be provided upon request. Like any other insurance policy, there is a payable excess to each claim.
